HireReach's Marlene Brostrom was recently in Washington D.C. to facilitate a panel at the Research and Evaluation Conference on Self-Sufficiency (RECS).
This panel, titled Disrupting Racial Bias in Employment Process: Opportunities for Workforce Programs and Building Evidence, took place at RECS. This is a forum for researchers, state and local administrators, practitioners, and federal officials and policymakers to discuss cutting-edge research on programs, policies, and services that support families on the path to economic self-sufficiency and well-being.
